General Conditions of Service (GCS) define the rights and obligations between Glint Solutions and the Client regarding the use of the Linker.tn platform.
Services offered include:
- Creation and management of digital profiles with NFC business cards.
- Provision and hosting of showcase or e-commerce websites as SaaS.
The Client selects only the services they wish to subscribe to via the offer chosen on the platform. Each service is billed according to its pricing and period, as specified in the quote, invoice, or selected offer. Acceptance of the General Conditions of Service (GCS) occurs at the time of ordering.
Access requires creating an account with personal credentials.
Access to the account is secured upon receipt. The Client must immediately change their password to ensure the confidentiality of their account.
Service availability is ensured 24/7, except for scheduled maintenance or force majeure.
Provide secure and functional access to the platform.
Inform the Client in case of planned downtime for maintenance.
Use services in accordance with the law and the purpose of the services.
Do not publish illegal content or content infringing third-party rights.
Provide necessary information for the proper execution of services.
Services are billed according to the Client's choice.
Pricing, duration and periodicity are specified in the quote or invoice provided to the Client.
Payment must be made before accessing the service.
Late or missing payments may result in temporary suspension of services.
Non-refundable services are clearly indicated.
Subscription services (monthly, quarterly or annual) are not lifetime and renew automatically at the end of each period.
Data published by the Client remains their exclusive property.
The Provider uses this data only for service delivery purposes.
The Client is fully responsible for the content published via Linker.tn.
The Provider exercises no control over this content and cannot be held liable for damages, disputes or losses.
The Provider may remove, modify or suspend any content deemed illegal or contrary to the GCS.
Acceptance by the Client:
- Acceptance of these General Conditions of Service is mandatory. It is confirmed by the checkbox that the Client must validate when requesting the service.
- The platform records date, time, IP address, and Client action as legal proof.
The contract takes effect upon registration or purchase of services.
The Client may terminate at any time via email to contact@linker.tn, subject: 'Contract Suspension'.
Termination is effective within 2 business days after email receipt and before the next billing for subscriptions.
The Provider may immediately suspend or terminate in case of serious breach (illegal content, fraudulent use, non-payment).
These GCS are governed by Tunisian law.
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Sfax, after attempting an amicable resolution.
By using Linker.tn services, the Client declares having read, understood, and accepted all these Terms of Service.
